133,000,000 of us have had our personal data (PII) compromised by a recent Experian (EDIT: it was Equifax, d'Oh!) breach, and many more of us by compromises by various financial and retail institutions (and even our employers, my AF organization has compromised my PII twice!).  I've read a few stories about folks who've tried to "freeze" their credit, and they don't make it easy for you (and now there's four credit bureaus you must contact, individually).
Now you can hire LifeLock to notify you any time someone uses your PII and you approve/disapprove it.  I'm really unhappy that the credit bureaus have such poor security, but now another bureau will take your same information to "warn" you (the Conspiracy part of me can't help but think, "Hey, 133 million accounts, times $10/month, times 12 months/year, we gonna be RICH!")

Anyone here freeze your credit?  Had your identity stolen?  Hired LifeLock?  Converted your wealth to gold, sheckls, or quatloos?  I'm kinda lost at what route, if any, to take....
