Used @Nature Boy 's almost fried wing recipe.
wings dipped in an eggwash, then dredged in a mixture of flour, cornmeal, salt and BBQ rub. I used DP Jamaican Firewalk
Grilled raised direct for ~2hrs at 250F
The breading on the wings grilled up nice and crunchy without burning due to the low heat.
Served with smashburgers and brussel sprouts

Yowsas. Those wings look magnificent. I usually go indirect at 350, but those look beautiful, crispy, and delicious. Gonna have to try this method! Good call on the DP Jamaican Firewalk, that's my go-to for wings now.XL BGE, CGS AR & spider, 36" SS Blackstone, SMOBOT - Flower Mound, TX
