What's a good cooking screen for doing meatloaf and turkey burgers ( I don't use breadcrumbs to hold em together)? One that covers most of an 18" round grate would be killer.

I have a couple of round pizza racks for my large and small and use them with a drip pan beneath the grid to keep the grease out of the fire. nasty smell.
Might look for a used restaurant supply in your area or your favorite pizza vender.

i just cook the meatloaf on the grid. if theres no binder theres some things you can do to keep it together. use dry onions instead of raw, or dry roast any veggies, i do that in a wok, or a little Parmesan instead of crumbs. freeze it slightly before it goes on the grid, it helps it build up a sear on the outside to hold it together
fukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it -
I cook my Turkey burgers in CI skillet. They come out awesome. Meat loaf in a bread pan. I see most use nothing like @fishlessman does.

I've only cooked turkey burgers once or twice. Not a fan, but in any case, on the grid like a real burger.
Meat loaf on the grid...
I guess Richard's pizza screen would be my next choice though it would be a pita to clean. I don't like loaf pans because of all the drippings that the meatloaf would stew in.I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
