Green Curried Coconut Shrimp n Rice

Options
Just a quick stir fry of curried shrimp.

Small at 450 with a 14" flat bottom wok.(really starting to like this wok).

Started with oil, green curry paste, green onion whites and garlic.  Added shrimp after the smell good happened.

Then the coconut milk and fish sauce went in for a boil

After I emptied the wok I added green onion tops and cilantro and poured on top of some white rice.

Looks great as always. What is it you like about the flat bottom wok vs your other wok?
    Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

wait... you have diamond shaped BOWLS?!?!

looks a like a quick and tasty cook. I've always liked green curry more than red. What brand of paste did you use?

I'm liking it for the quick wok cooks where there is little protein.  I think I get a quicker cook when the food is laying flat on top the fire.
