First BGE Pizza

First BGE Pizza.  Dome Temp 600F,  Stone Temp 525F,  Cook Time 7min 50 sec.  General Purpose Flour dough refrigerated over night. Tasted great! Next will we will leave it in for another 2 mins for a preferred crispier crust.

    Pizza really has been the surprise revelation of my induction to Egging. I have been going even a little hotter, 650+, with nice results.
