Short answer, yes!  Not to mention he can offer up some side groceries that are also off the chart.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Pretty cool how the egg is strategically positioned next to the Trane to aid air flow.  Nicely done.

Thank you for the compliment @northGAcock. It was a fun week with my BGE mentors, a bit intimidating to cook for the people that were so kind to me, when I started out, and patiently taught me step by step proceedures. @lousubcap, actually demonstrated the toothpick evaluation, as he had taught me to do, and his evaluation, along with the bend test pretty much took us to sauce application and finish. Thank you for the kind words 'Cap, it was an honor to say the least.
@JohnEggGio That unit, is older than dirt, and keeps plugging, and occasionally when the air is just right, the smoke from the egg gets carried by the fan, in the condensing unit,  all around the neighborhood, and our friends always show up to see what is egging. They kind of know peach smoke - pork, pecan smoke - beef,  sugar maple -seafood. Then they raid the wine racks. It is all good.
I now do ribs for my old Army buddies across the street. His favorite food is BGE baby backs.
Thank you for the kind words, our home is far from beautiful, but we are getting there, one day, I hope. It is not much, but when filled with friends, our house is a very, very nice house. (Apologies to Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young).
Y'all all always welcome here, as is all of our BGE family out there. Stop by for a visit, I'll find something to Egg, and I have several cork screws. Just sayin'.
Thank you again for the kind words..

The folks made the cooks better than what they were. The wine did not hurt either.

Does the toothpick test work with them, too? If so, I will try them.

I think you can eat it with said toothpick. I'll take your ribs over the other stuff. They look great and like yourself, they are my kryptonite.

I know, right? I have to watch myself, on what I eat, or it would be ribs almost everyday.
These BBs on the BGE are the best I have ever had. When I think about the money I had wasted at other BBQ joints, or restaurants that serve ribs, I could kick my own butt.
As long as I own a BGE, I will never order ribs again, when dining out.
It is no wonder I am old, fat and slow.

It was actually five as we enjoyed the company of Frank @lousubcap. It was truly a pleasure to have met him....your point still holds water though. Ron treats his neighbors to ribs, showing you the generosity that fills his heart and Egg.
