    Has the square plate been bad? I see it's behind bars. Does it have to get comfortable with the food before plating?
    The steak and potato look most excellent. I hope the diamond plate is taking a break and just relaxing.

    Great marbling on the steak.  Groceries almost approached the diamond plate outcome  ;)  Moving down to mingle with us square or round plate mortals to sample how it is??  Always a learning curve when moving among us mere mortals.  =)
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

    XXL #82 out of the first 100, XLGE X 2, LBGE (gave this one to daughter 1.0) , MBGE (now in the hands of iloveagoodyoke daughter 2.0) and lots of toys
