    Not the Disney movie :)
Had some babybacks in the freezer took them out yesterday and put them in the fridge and when I took them out today they were still a little frozen.
Was going to try turbo for the first time but don't know what to expect.

By the time you prep them they will likely be fully thawed.  If not they will just take few minutes to get there on the BGE.  As long as the surface is where you can apply your rub you are good to go.  Tooth-pick test for the win.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Totally off topic, but I always thought any toilet paper or suppository/fibre supplement company worth their salt would purchase the rights to the Frozen lyrics (and doctor them as necessary)......

"Let it go, let it go
    Can't hold it back anymore
Let it go, let it go
Turn away and slam the door
    I don't care
    what they're going to say
    Let the storm rage on.
The cold (seat) never bothered me anyway"

I normally go raised around 250. I tried to push these at 300-325 as well as over cooked them a little. Not a total flop but not great.
