<p />I had one rack of babybacks left in the fridge, so fire up the egg and cooked em this afternoon at 225 raised grid and indirect. At the three hour mark, they were dang near done. Both pictures are 3.5 hours, gave em 1/2 to sauce. I never did foil. [p]I did steal one bone, just to confirm the finished product, very good, very good indeed. T[p]123_2334.jpg
