I've noticed that when I cook less than 3 slabs it takes much less time. Raised grid, I would think they would cook faster as well.[p]Mike[p]YES, it is done and you know it. LOL

nodock, yes I turned them once, little over two hours in the cook, bones up. When I checked em at three hours, they were puddling oil and bending like the picture. Tom
