    Crude oil floats.
    Right now there is an oversupply of crude. There are supertankers being used as floating storage, and some orders have been cancelled in mid shipment. Shell oil has one now, afloat in the Atlantic, off the coast of Africa, that had been heading to China, which is looking for a buyer now. With countries like Libya and Nigeria either scaling up or coming back on line, OPEC continues to take a hit.
