Ribs! Ribs! Ribs!

Had two good friends of ours over yesterday. I cooked 2 slabs of spares which my wife said was the best batch so far. First time I used Meat Church Honey Hog rub. Glazed with Blues Hog.
Post oak for smoke. Also smoked a plate of Beef ribs using Aaron Franklin method. I forgot to take pics of the beef ribs but they were the equally as good. We ate in stages, ABT 's as an appetizer, Spare Ribs while the Beef ribs were resting.

Grate temp was 285 cooked all 3 on the main grid and the ABT's on the adj rig.
