Been a while since I've posted, have been checking in on all the shinanigins on a regular basis! Finally fired up the egg today, it's friggen cold up here, Toronto was a lot milder! Any way couldn't take it any more and cooked up 3 racks of ribs and roasted potatoes and carrots. Was tasty!!

@SaintJohnsEgger cut up potatoes, skin off, cut up carrots, mix with sunflower oil, salt and pepper and place under ribs. So easy and so good!
