Berkshire chops

We're down in Naples, stopped by Jimmy p's and picked up some Berkeshire chops. If any of you guys get a chance to try these they are unbelievably good! I made my first batch of mushroom risotto in the instant pot and it was excellent. Best risotto I've ever made!

Thanks for the comments. I can't tell you how good these chops are! If you get a chance, try them. I also was uncertain that risotto in the instant pot (new to me ) would be any good but it was actually the best I ever made and very simple.
