New Owner- feedback and question

Hello all, what a great forum and opportunity to search all the capabilities of the BGE. My wife and I recently purchased a large egg and built ourselves a table for the backyard. The table was made from plans from my Father-in-law, we will sand and stain in the near future. Our first use was Super Bowl Sunday which we smoked chicken breast for smoked chicken salad and chicken wings.

At this time I currently have the table on 6in. lawn mower wheels which I have found to be not rated for the weight of the egg. Any suggestions on 6 in. wheels and where to get them that would support the weight of the table? Also how many cooks did you complete before bringing the egg to over 350 as BGE suggest you do so to allow the gasket to seal?
BGE: Large
