Center Cut Beef Ribs for Super Bowl

Found these at Wally World so I figured they would be good for the game today. Rubbed down with mustard then the rub and onto the Green Egg at 250°, added a few chucks of hickory for smoke.

    I looked at those last week. Make sure you post a finished product!!

  • What grade beef were these? I got some from WM a few weeks ago that were just Select and they were fatty, in a bad way. This was my first beef rib cook but I do not think I could have made them much better IMO. Mine also did not say "Extra Meaty" like yours do so maybe that was the difference. I think I paid a non sale price of something around $10 for a similar portion. Maybe yours were choice???
