Gonna use this bad boy for my first run at my newly acquired oakridge rubs.
Just rubbed with carne crosta, and will be egging it later tonight while watching some NFL playoffs and enjoying a few choice beers.

Good hobbies there!! I work for beer advocate and try lots of different beers! Eggs rolling smoke and a good beer can't be beat!
