Seasoned with fresh garlic, ginger and thyme from the garden.  Added some commercial seafood rub, white wine in the steel pan...


Direct 350F with some pre nuked corn. Pulled at IT 135 ... quick easy lunch


Made this complicated curry again for dinner https://eggheadforum.com/discussion/1190032/refried-pork-curry-and-malaysian-roti-canai  . Tons of work but so worth it...

After tenderising the meat in the egg...


Picked out meat and shallow fry...


Post fried...


Back in the gravy, added coconut milk, simmered to thicken...


Served with white rice and mango cucumber salad...
