    I've never had one...

    I had a costco one and the pieces with no fat were absolutely incredible.... I can only imagine how this one will taste...

    Now to decide on a cooking method......

    Just ordered 2 Caps along with some tenderloin medallions. Thanks for the heads up @SRFShane. Along with the Ribeyes from the other night, I'll be good for a bit.

    Turns out it is only the Double R that won't load - went overboard on the Wagyu.....  Thanks @SRFShane !

    I could not get the standard $99 cap to load from the sale page.
    I went to the top header for Northwest Beef and selected shop all.
    The link to order worked from there.

    I got a little bonus at work, so I hit up CGS, Amazon, and then SRF. 

    I got a Flameboss 200, a PSWoo, a Spider, kitchen accessories, a ribeye cap, a brisket, sirloins, tenderloin medallions, a big tbone and a hat......

    Throw in the warranty replacement for my igrill2....

    I shouldn't have to buy anything grilling related for a while.

    .....except that BGE table cover.....hmmmmm...................
