Caveman, reverse sear t-bones with salad and potato.

So I was tempted to have more leftover meatloaf tonight, but had a couple of t-bones that needed to be cooked or frozen, so I decided to cook them. Did a reverse sear slow to 120 internal then cranked up the coals and plopped the steaks on the hot coals, one at at time for about 60 seconds each side. Served with traditional sides of baked potato and salad.
Very good, but these were a little thin. Still tasty. I like caveman but as you can see in a couple of the pics, the char was a little much in places. No problem there though, scrape it off and keep on eating.
