<p />Since I had today and Friday off, my wife volunteered my pulled pork for her office's lunch today. Last night I put on two pork shoulder picnic roasts at 230 degrees dome with several small pieces of apple wood. Temp outside was nine degrees with some wind. I was pleasantly surprised that the damper settings were almost the same as if I was cooking in the middle of summer. I only had to open the dampers ever so slightly to maintain 230.[p]I pulled the picnics off when they reached 200 (around the 14 hour mark).Pulled and sauced them and delivered it with rolls and slaw to my wife's office. I'm sure I'll hear how they liked them.[p]Carl T
