After many slabs of pork ribs, I would like to try beef ribs. What method/cooking times do you all use, and do you prefer the beef ribs over the pork?[p]Thanks from sunny, South Eastern Minnesota! Going to be a great "eggin weekend!"

meinbmw,
either inderect or direct at 225 grid. depending on the size and how much meat, 5-7 hours. the trick is to find ones with a lot of meat, they are hard to find, and i like them better than pork
fukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it -
meinbmw,
I agree with the other post. 225-250 for 5-7 hours. Sometimes I foil them after 4-5 hours for a half hour and then remove the foil for the last hour. I'm not convinced it makes a difference but they sure are good.
