Very simple cook with top quality meats made a mighty fine meal. Sorry no veggies included. Pictures are all out of order but you will get the idea (and possibly dizzy).
Its not bright red because I let it sit in the fridge for about a week.
Shrimp brought from a friend is Savannah who works on a shrimp boat. Georgia whites 16/20ct.
Seared in the cast iron. Not sure why this picture is here but...
After a slow roast at 270°. Pulled at 122°.
Let me show you after the sear and prior to resting, because that's the order the pics are in and I don't know how to fix it. This crust was awesome.
Money shot at 134°.
This is what i started with.
After the 10 minute rest.
Here is the pic of when it first went on the grill.
Writing this this post made me a bit dizzy with the pics being out of order. Needless to say this was one of the best steaks I have ever had. I will definitely be buying more from SRF. Thank you all for the guidance and support you provide to us less knowledgable eggheads. Much appreciated!

This is the recipe I used for the shrimp. It was awesome. I used Texas Pete for the hot sauce.
