For the love of God.. I have no idea how you guys fit a packer brisket and a pork butt on a large egg at the same time...

i I have the AR (the ribs and chicken model) and there's no way to include heat deflector(stone) and a drip pan.. Plus a packer brisket and a butt... Please help... How on earth are you guys achieving this? Especially with brisket on top... I can't fit a butt on bottom... I'm losing my mind lol

you have to use the spider and smaller stone down low to fit a packer a butt and a drip pan. It's still pretty freaking tight.

Ahh. And I sometimes use a inverted turkey rack to bend the brisket to fit

I can't squeeze it on there I believe.. It'll have to be butt on top tho... I'm either going to do butt on top or do them separate... I've never tried the hot and fast method before... Might be a first this weekend
