We received a small Egg as a gift, upgraded right away to large (though the small was very generous), and cooked a meatloaf, some pork ribs, and carrots and potatoes tonight. The food was succulent and wonderful, and the temperature control is a quickly gained knack. What struck us as much, though, was the pleasure of cooking so effortlessly over fire, using analogic temperature controls -- it gave us the same kind of pleasure we get from heating with wood and added greatly to the relaxation and pleasure of our dinner. Of course we're using very expensive high tech equipment here to enjoy the cooking and the heating, but the pleasure is there nonetheless and doubtless the greater. We've also enjoyed the good company on this forum, and as evidenced on the tape of the Eggfest, that came with the unit.[p]Is there a list anywhere of member Website links, apart from the few on the bge site? Thanks -- Ken
