I was asked to cook for The First Annual Civil War Reenactment Event in our community by our Department of Tourism....they know good Q when they taste it !!!

I'll start Friday night and serve all day Saturday.  Sure wish my "Unit #2" XL would be her by then, but it won't be in until next week.
