Walmart here in the GWN has 10 pound bags of Royal Oak for $8.00 a bag. Our Canadian Tire store carries the same brand but in a 17.64 pound bag for $19.99 They say they would drop a buck per bag if I buy and pallet. So far Walmart is the most cost effective.. our BGE dealer wants $30 per bag (20pounder) What are some of my fellow Canucks paying per pound??

$23 for 20lbs of rockwood ....actually 20.5lbs, whole package weighs 21lbs, but 8oz is bag and string. They don’t want a population of citizens capable of critical thinking. They don’t want well informed, well educated people capable of critical thinking. They’re not interested in that. That doesn’t help them. That's against their interests. - George Carlin

I'm paying around $0.65/lb for Grove at the hardware store in Downtown Oostburg, only problem I have to drive all the way from the East side of town.

Kroger house brand is about a dollar a pound while Lowes has Cowboy for the same price. I saw Walmart was little better on Royal Oak, but I had the unopened Cowboy.
I think Publix was around $6.00 for 8 pounds, but the nearest store is now over fifty miles away.
I've seen BGE at the hardware store, but don't remember the price and that store is even further away.
