finally got around to ordering some more 00 flour and the kids wanted pizza night-
I used this dough recipe-(made 24 hours in advance):
https://www.fornobravo.com/PDF/Using-caputo-tipo00.pdf
I had had one dough ball left in the freezer from the last batch.
I made the pizza sauce recipe recommended by I think Michael- Serious Eats New York pizza sauce.
Kids all made their own and my wife had one with pesto for sauce, roasted asparagus and buffalo mozzarella. I made a margarita style pizza and made a bacon one with the left over dough.
Crusts were rolled very thin and pizzas were cooked at 550 for around 7 minutes each.
They all turned out pretty well and had crispy crusts as we tend to like.
Pics will come up in some random order but here you go.
