After years of sitting on the sidelines I finally decided to enter the annual chili cook off that occurs at my wife's work. I followed Dr BBQ's Race Day Smokin Chili recipe and took home the top prize. A couple of the other participants said they couldn't bring themselves to vote for their own as mine was so good. It was my second time making chili on the BGE with my CI DO.

Thanks. I picked up a choice beef roast and smoked it with JD whiskey barrel chips.
