SPIDER WEBB,
I did "Dr. Chicken's Double Smoked Ham" recipe. It ws described as "sinfully good". Smoked @ 280°, indirect, with Jack Daniels pellets. Glazed @ 135° and took it up to 145° before pulling. Killer moist. Did not do the injectable marinade. Followed glaze recipe exactly, though. Awesome, and all gone before the evening was over. A Google search will get you there.
