We just received some beautifil Copper River Salmon. Any one have terrifically wonderful recipe(s) for the best salmon in the world?

    John in Memphis,[p]I only use a thin coating of olive oil both sides, sea salt and fresh gound pepper on top. Cook direct heat, 400 degrees, skin side down without flipping, just until you see the flesh 'sweat' very small beads. Put under foil tent and let rest for a few minutes. I like to enjoy the pure taste of the salmon itself rather than using a fancy recipe. Fillets went on sale here in Colo Springs for 9.99/lb this week. Im stocking up now for freezing/sealing and enjoying later this fall and winter.......Eggcitable Boy
