Going to try it tonight with tenderloin. Was curious on times and temps? Elevated grid or normal? This is a great recipe and can't wait to try it with pork.

Wardster,[p]I do mine hot like 400 elevated on an extended grid. 350 on the regular level.[p]Shouldn't take more than 5 to 7 minutes a side depending on how well you like your pork. I pull them when they hit 145.[p]Cheers,[p]GM
