Hey everyone,
Finally got approved to join the forum (third time's the charm) after browsing for about a year, and just wanted to introduce myself. Kansas City based, received my LBGE as a gift for Christmas 2014. Have been an avid cook for a few years before that and think I made the transition to the egg pretty quickly! You all have a ton of knowledge here and I've learned a lot, now hoping to share my successes and lessons learned.

Anyway... wanted to share a turkey I did for Thanksgiving Mad Max style. Pretty much followed the instructions to a T and it was a huge hit!
