Eye round, burgers and ribeye cap.

Options
Cooked this a few days ago. Just getting around to posting it.
Eye round dusted with Dizzy pig red eye express.  Cooked to 128f with heavy oak smoke, during the rest it went up to 131.  Cooled in the fridge, then sliced thin.

That at was a fun day of cooking!!!  The eating took a few days.
