Just under 8 pounds. My local meat shop sells them all seasoned for 16.50 per pound. I got this from somewhere else for 9.99. They have some sort of "paste" which holds the dehydrated onion. I bought some Better Than Boullion and lightly ribbed on the outside of mine. Then put on the dehydrated onions with some black pepper. Pics to come.
