Best Christmas Ever + 1st prime rib

This has been one helluva week for my family. We had our first child Sunday. He's awesome! He in- laws are in town for Christmas. Tonight I tried my first prime rib on my Egg. Reverse sear. Nailed it! Thanks to everyone who contributes on here. I've learned a lot! Merry Christmas!

Sure. Rubbed heavy with kosher salt, pepper, and a little garlic powder. Raised indirect around 300. I pulled it off at 127. Took out the plate setter and cranked her up to 600ish. Seared it about 60 seconds each on all four sides. It was 135, so I took it off. Let rest 25 mins. A+GaBGE said:Can you provide some details on the reverse sear? I am doing my first tomorrow.
