  Well played! A man has to eat! Kinda like when I fix ribs which my wife will only eat one, and then turn to her cold diced chicken breast & lettuce salad meal. Works for her and works for me!

  WOW that steak looked good!  One of my favorite scenes in The Matrix, for those who saw it, was when the traitor was in the restaurant with the "agents," and he's eating what looks like the world's most glorious steak, as he sells out his friends.  I wouldn't do it, but I get it.  The other guys are eating oozy white glop and this guy's eating steak.  Your picture looked like it might have been as good as that guy's.  Great job!

  That is a great looking plate of steak!  My wife honestly doesn't like steak that much so I do something like this quite often.  The only problem is my kids like steak so I have to share with them.
