App Ideas for 4th of July...
Hey guys - I'm looking for good appetizer ideas for a big 4th of July party. Nothing says "I love America" more than bringing something that was cooked on the egg.
My usual "go-to" is the ABT or pig shots but I'd like to try something different this time....Any ideas/recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Are you bringing them or cooking on site. How many adult people and roughly how much you want to spend. I need parameters. Personally if I am travelling to the event, then pulled pork sliders is always a winner. Shred it and bring it in a crockpot. add hawian rolls.Columbus, Ohio--A Gasser filled with Matchlight and an Ugly Drum.

I'll be bringing it on site for roughly 30-40 people. I would probably spend around $50-100 on the ingredients.
Big fan of pulled pork sliders but I'm smoking 3 butts this weekend for my father-in-law's 75th birthday and retirement party so I'm thinking something other than pulled pork...

MOINK balls or Turtle Eggs. Although I wouldn't want to make turtle eggs for 40 people now that I think about it.

if you did want to go with pork sliders this is a shorter braised version with a mexican flavor, i would have no problems bringing a crock of this with the street corn slaw
