reheating a butt.........

neighbor gave me frozen chunk of goodness. it is thawing in the fridge, serving it tonite to about 20, any suggestion on reheating?

Put a little apple juice in it and throw it in the oven.

Just double checking- is the butt already cooked and is it pulled?Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

I have not done reheated a whole butt, however I found this from Killer Hogs catering

Note that depending on when it went into the fridge it could take a while to thaw. If it is still partially frozen then I think you can still follow this method it will just take longer.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
