It was -19C and felt like-29C with the wind. The Egg was at 350-400F for most of the cook, but for the final sear at 700-750F

Grill temp was 250F earlier tonight when doing beef ribs with the outside air temp reading 4.8 F with a wind chill of -28 F and whiteout conditions. Shes a great day for a BBQ boys. Roads around here are starting to get closed by the cops

Both at 14 degrees. We went out dancing and dining with the family to celebrate Valentine's Day. It was a little bit treacherous driving home, but the main roads were clear.
Planning to cook chicken tomorrow. The high is projected at 18 degrees, so there will be a substantial divergence between grill and ambient temperature. The great thing about a kamado grill is that one can cook in virtually any weather condition. Glad we have a woodstove this time of year.

It is 16F here, Egg holding steady at 250F with two racks of baby back ribs in. On at 1240, just going to go indirect until they are done. Hadn't planned on cooking, but the awesome sister in law said she'd watch the kids for the day, and with the wife in Orlando, figured, what they heck!

45 and sunny outside in the ATL. Egg is settled in at 300 smoking some chili for leftovers for the week ahead. Under a "winter storm watch". You yankees will laugh at us but we MIGHT get some ice and snow in the next day or so.
