French Dip Sandwiches

Options
Left overs from Christmas brisket, sliced  thin with some additional hand trimming.  Au Jus made from the brisket drippings.  Dropped in the Au Jus for one minute then stacked on a soft roll.

Very interesting how the hot Au Jus warmed the meat without disturbing the tenderness.
