MMM Beef Ribs

OK, been wanting beef ribs, so picked up a slab of 4 beef short Ribs and a new Rufus Teague beef sauce. 
Seasoning was just simple Salt & Papper. 
Smoked with oak and Jack Daniels chunks @ ~275 for 2.5 hours via controller. I coated early since the temp was low and not much sugar. I loved the flavor it gave the beef ribs. SWMBO'd thought the cooked vinegar was a bit too bit strong for her. I do really like the Rufus Teague line of products.
Bx - > NJ ->TX!!! 
All to get cheaper brisket!
