burned pizza
Options
I tried pizza on my new BGE and burned three! No trouble with crust or toppings, pizza was great when i switched to my oven. What did I do wrong? i pre-heated my BGE stone, grill was 400 degrees when pizza went on. bottom got totally burned, top was barely done.

Did you put your pizza stone on an inverted plate setter or directly on the grate?
