Love thy neighbor , A Salmon Cook

Up in the Northwest its great to have good neighbors back from a fishing trip. Neighbor gave me 2 fresh massive filets and we cooked em tonight. Another neighbor mentioned garlic and butter as a topping so gave that a try for the first time ( roasted the garlic in olive oil first). Result outstanding, the egg gave it that little hint of smoke that topped it off. Indirect cook 300-325 temp to 130-135
Storm is coming here in Seattle so it was a tricky cook under the eave staying dry.
