Caveman eggplant

Went caveman style with some eggplant yesterday. Wasn't planned. A piece slipped through the grate onto the coals as I was starting to remove the veggies from the grill. After getting all the other veggies off the grill, I retrieved the wayward piece. Turned out good. The piece on the right in the photo is the caveman style.
