You're going to love the mini. Very versatile and perfect for a small family. BTW, nice craftsmanship on those tables! And welcome to the forum!

I would like a Mini, but my better half would kill me. One is enough she says and the price is part of it too.XL, WSM, Coleman Road Trip Gas GrillKansas City, Mo.

@Ladeback69 I'm willing to bet she would not kill you literally. She might not speak to you for awhile which in retrospect is a good thing....ah ha peace and quiet while enjoying your new mini. The mini is great when only cooking for 1. Just sayin.1 XXL BGE, 1 LG BGE, 2 MED. BGE, 1 MINI BGE, 1 Peoria custom cooker Meat Monster.Clinton, Iowa

@badinfluence, it was a figure speech, yes she would not kill me, but make life hard for a while. I said something about a second one and the awnser was NO!. Maybe next year and would rather have a small to go with our XL. It is kind of a hassle sometimes getting it going for some small items, but I being able to cook a lot of food at one time on it. I take it the small can cook 2 large t-bones?XL, WSM, Coleman Road Trip Gas GrillKansas City, Mo.

@Ladeback69 shoot yeah a small can cook them. Honestly if you are thinking next year the mini max will be out and that would be thebest of both worlds for you.1 XXL BGE, 1 LG BGE, 2 MED. BGE, 1 MINI BGE, 1 Peoria custom cooker Meat Monster.Clinton, Iowa

I have a mini and a large I use my mini way more then the large. Fast to get to temp quick to shut down and uses way less lump and you can really load it up. Love my Mini.... And live to 128. :-SSince you're cooking for two, you only have to live to 102. w0ot!!!_____________
