Bought some beef short ribs at Sams. Never cooked them before. They look fairly thin. Any suggestions?

Check out this link running here as well-Aw heck- Beef ribs…? FWIW-Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Those are flanken style beef ribs- meaning they are cut across the bone. I would suggest a recipe similar to this one:Treat them more like a steak than a typical rib and use the marinade to tenderize them. Good luck!Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Thanks for the help! I'll post pics and let you know how they turn out!

Short Ribs turned out awesome! Followed Smokey Pitt's suggestion this time. Served with sesame rice, asparagus, and egg roll. Thanks for the help on this one!
