Did my first ham on the egg. Bought a 10 lb hickory smoked ham, and smoked it again with Apple and hickory on the egg for about 4 hours. It did not turn out quite like a honey baked ham, but very good for a cheap grocery store ham. Going to use it for lunches this week.

I've never tried a ham before... Looks pretty good to me. Can you buy an unsmoked bone in ham and do it from scratch? Thanks for posting!1 large BGE, Spartanburg SC
