Saw this recipe in F&W and the sandwiches turned out great.
The recipe was vague on the Srichi and Housin; next time I'll premix those and spread more liberally on bread.
As side did corn misted with EVOO and dusted with Tsunami Spin.

Looks mighty tasty!

I made more sandwiches today with the leftovers...I made a spread mix of half Srirachi and half Hoisin and used that on one bun and mayo on the other...better results than last night.LBGE & SBGE. Central Texas.
