Salsa and more salsa
So we made about 30 pints of salsa yesterday. It was a ton of corn, and felt like 2 tons of tomatoes. Both eggs got a workout and think I realized I need and XL.

Nice! I also do salsa (with black beans and corn) every year, but I don't have a tomato even starting to ripen yet. Usually a September project. Never tried grilling corn for it, I have just used frozen. Looks great though!XLBGE, Small BGE, Homebrew and GuitarsRochester, NY

Actually I never thought about using our frozen corn, would be much easier. However we looove grilling it

@khristyjeff actually by hand. That is what took so long. Peeled by hand and chopped them, next time we might use roma tomatoes; we used jet star variety and they are almost too juicy.

Ok, ok, I must admit, we never even thought of using the processor, only thought is that it would chunk it up too small of pieces?
