Two "London Broils". Marinated in Allegro Hot & Spicy overnight. I have been thinking my steaks were getting routine, so I tried this one a lot hotter than I normally do, and the results were good.
I am a 400 is the sweet spot cook, and I did these at 600, necessarily for a shorter time. I just took a taste, as these are instant left overs for later in the week. The result was delicious. A touch rare for The Spouse but just right for me.
No plated pics tonight, this is for dinner tomorrow and some lunches.

Bottom Round.
These pics don't show it as well as I would like, but these are very thin slices, cut while the meat was cold. Sauteed lightly with onions and mixed with yellow rice.
We are trying a routine of preparing ahead to free up some evening time. We already made lunches ahead of time.
